# Journey Therapy & Counselling 

> I'm a qualified psychotherapist, who offers an integrative approach to therapy. Sessions can be tailored to individual needs, with both a Person-centred and CBT approach offered. Clients will be seen both face to face and via zoom for their sessions. I also offered tailored therapy/counselling sessions and support, to both private and state schools. My practice is based in the Derbyshire countryside.
