However, drawbacks include potential technical issues, reduced non-verbal communication cues, and the challenge of creating a therapeutic environment remotely. It’s essential to weigh these factors to determine if online counselling is the right fit for you.
After booking your time slot, a unique, single use joining code will be emailed to you. You will need to have this ready several minutes before your allocated session time, this enables you to identify any technical difficulties without impeding on your session time.
