Accessing Therapy Online

What Online Therapy Offers

Online therapy gives you flexible access to support from the comfort of your own home. It removes travel, fits around busy schedules, and offers a calm, private space to talk. Many people find it easier to open up when they’re in a familiar environment.

How Online Sessions Work

Calming home setup, online therapy, laptop, phone, warm drink, comfortable, private online session

Sessions take place by secure video call, via WhatsApp, Google MEET or Teams, depending on client preference. You simply find a quiet space, connect at your appointment time, and we begin. Everything is straightforward, and I guide you through the process step by step.

Is Online Therapy Effective?

Online therapy is well‑established and shown to be just as effective as in‑person work for most people. It offers the same level of support, reflection, and therapeutic depth, just delivered in a more flexible way.

Who Online Therapy Is Suitable For

Support for anxiety, low mood, stress, trauma‑related symptoms, emotional overwhelm, online therapy

Online therapy suits adults who prefer privacy, have busy routines, live remotely, or find travel difficult. It’s also a good option if you feel more at ease speaking from your own space. Many people choose it for convenience and comfort.

What to Expect in Your First Session

Your first session is gentle and paced around you. We explore what brings you, what you’d like to change, and what support might help. There’s no pressure to share anything before you’re ready, it’s simply a chance to get to know each other.

What You Need for Online Therapy

Online therapy for anxiety, depression, stress, trauma and relationship difficulties, calm, support

Online therapy is simple to set up. You just need a phone or laptop, a stable internet connection, and a private space where you feel at ease. Most people find the process straightforward after their first session.
